Available For MORE | Nervous System Regulation, Identity Work & Subconscious Reprogramming for Your Next Chapter
Life expands when we become more available to it.
Available for More is a podcast about the art of living with open hands. Hosted by Mindset and Identity coach Ashlee Hope, this show explores what it means to become emotionally, subconsciously, and energetically available for your next chapter.
Because the opportunities, relationships, abundance, support, joy, and purpose we experience in life aren't shaped only by what we do. They're also influenced by what we're available for.
Through conversations on self-trust, emotional healing, relationships, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, faith, personal growth, and the human experience, Available for More explores the inner conditions that shape our openness to life.
This is a podcast for the woman who is ready to become more available for the life she's building.
More available for joy.
More available for love.
More available for opportunities.
More available for abundance.
More available for what life and God have for her.
If you're ready to live with open hands, you're in the right place.
New episodes every Tuesday.

068 | Detached And Magnetic : How To Love Deeply Without Losing Yourself (Part 1)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Most women were taught how to give, how to show up, how to be a good partner. But nobody taught them how to do all of that without losing themselves in the process. That is exactly what we are getting into today.
Today we are launching a brand new series called The Detached and Magnetic Woman. This series is for the woman who wants to love deeply, build abundantly, and live on purpose without holding any of it so tightly that she loses herself in the process. It covers what non-attachment actually looks like in practice across the three areas where women hold on the hardest: love, money, and purpose.
Today's episode gets into what non-attachment in love looks like day to day, why anxiously attached women need this practice more than anyone, the real difference between codependence and love that actually feels free, and how to stay whole, rooted, and magnetic while being fully committed to your partner.
